Dear Theresa,

I hope all is well with you. I am truly sorry for what has happened with the Karate studio. I know my kids and I loved going there. It was a great place to be. Everyone there was great, Mr.Andre, Jack, yourself, and all the others that were there who either participated or instructed.

It’s been a month since I’ve last heard anything from you.

I hate to do this Theresa but now I am getting really frustrated. It’s bad enough you didn’t help us cancel the automatic payment that we asked from you but we’re still owed $297 for the month that they deducted with no service, no word or contact from you. This is truly disappointing Theresa you stated a month ago this would be resolved I haven’t seen anything yet. Please refund our money or face legal actions. I will be in contact with a lawyer at the end of the week if I do not hear from you and please do not respond with this matter will be resolved or taken care of. I would like an answer as to when I can expect a check. You have until Friday before I seek legal actions. I’m sorry it’s nothing personal just business. You who is a consumer as well would want answers or a matter rectified so please understand where I am coming from.
