What to know about Ethnic?

Ethnic group is Cuban Americans; they are a blended culture because most of them are descendants of Spain and Africa. Some of the Cubans are whites, blacks, and mixed. Their children mostly follow the Spanish cultural ways; they believe in working hard, earn degrees, and live the American dreams. The best learning theory for this group would be Connectivism, especially since this a digital Age Learning, and it is learning through the creative process. This pandemic force people to work and know technology remotely; networking is the new now. Older generations can learn from the millennium. They will be very involved in forums, email, youtube, blogs. According to the text, “Cuban-Americans have long held intense feelings about their ancestral country, and deep issues of identity will continue to evolve as the political situation shifts.” (Fuller, B., & Coll, C. 2010).
